Interestingly, they both rely on the same source at the Boston Fire Department. Wonder what color Channel 25 thinks it was?

The Boston Fire Department reports the stuff was initially called in as green ~~Iocaine~~ powder. After three floors of the six-floor building were evacuated - and the worker who was opening an overnight envelope evaluated by EMTs - officials determined there was no green powder, just residude from packaging in the envelope.
