Why did Cambridge allow the theater to have paid entertainment events past 2 AM? And why is Boston allowing it? (I think they *should*, but I'm surprised they did, considering their usual attitude towards late-night licensing.)
And how will people get home from the Boston Common theater after the T closes, if they don't want to pay for a cab? Street parking in Harvard Square at 11:30 pm isn't that bad, and a lot of potential audience lived within walking distance. Is parking possible downtown?

Not quite the last movie.
The honors for the last movie goes to the 12:30AM showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show which ended about 4AM in the morning.
That was Saturday night -> Sunday morning
but the theatre also had movies Sunday night (without Rocky Horror).
Whatever happened to Saturday night?
->Sunday morning.
