Braintree guy admits, yeah, he walked across Red Line tracks at Andrew Square

A Braintree man admitted today he walked across the tracks from one platform to the other at Andrew Square station on Sunday - narrowly avoiding getting flattened by a train entering the station at the same time.
In exchange, a South Boston Municipal Court judge continued Patrik Finnerty's trespassing case for three months, during which he has to perform 25 hours of community service and stay out of South Boston, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.
Finnerty had been scheduled for arraignment yesterday but didn't show up. Braintree Police helped him remember to show up today by finding and arresting him last night.

Stay out of South Boston! Thank you judge!
Stay out of South Boston?!?
Stay off the T would have been more appropriate.
Stay out of South Boston?
Stay out of South Boston? Why?
What the heck does South Boston have to do with the offense? It's not like the Andrew T station needs a restraining order from this guy for its own safety because he's out to get it.
Some people come to Southie
Some people come to Southie and have this weird adrenaline rush , just because its Southie. Not even kidding. They get all hyper and act a fool. Same goes for the projects, get a friend in the projects and all of a sudden they are gansta gansta. Not kidding.
Gettin all hella gangsta near Andrew Station
"Hey bro, just popped down to Southie, you know how I do."
"Daaaaamn. What did you do there?"
"Went to Target. There was totally working class people there. Got some mad kitchen utensils."
"Hey, isn't that Target actually in Dorchester?"
"DORCHESTER?!? OH SHHHHH-"
Poor Andrew
Actually, Andrew could benefit from a restraining order on a bunch of people lol.
On the bright side, it's busway isn't covered in two inches of bird poop anymore like in the 80's.
Good Job Braintree PD
Braintree PD has been very busy lately. They must be doing something right to send all their clowns and troublemakers on the T where they run wild
