That'll sure put them in their place! Nothing like a strongly worded, finger wagging sign attached to a tree.

Anybody who throws a diaper onto the street, sidewalk (I watched one woman change a baby's diaperin a car parked by a set of heavily used stairs that lead to a small,heavily used shopping plaza, then toss the used diaper out the window, onto the stairs), needless to say, will snort and give the finger, or steal/vandalize, said sign. It's like non-law abiding people and, say, strict gun laws; they couldn't give a F.
