The Red Line's a hot mess, even the T has to confess

Before 7 a.m., the Red Line had trains up and die at Downtown Crossing and Kendall. Before 8, another train decided it could no longer go on and so just stopped between North Quincy and JFK/UMass.

I expect a lot of these to happen now, the T needs to justify the upcoming fare hike, so there will be many equipment/switch issues
