Republican State Committeeman asks police to investigate attack letter

David Rose, who represents the 1st Bristol and Plymouth district on the Republican State Committee, posts a copy of an attack letter somebody mailed him from Boston:
Your not as well liked as you think Rino. Rino hunting season will be here shortly be careful. Your trusted friends may not be trustworthy.
He adds that because of all the violent acts this week, he went to the Fall River police to file a complaint.

Hello, this is what conservatives call Republicans who don't vote conservatively enough for their tastes. These a-holes brought this on themselves.They thought the screaming was great when it targeted liberals. Now they are the targets.

MA state GOP should disaffiliate from the national party
and change its name to Fiscal Responsibility Party, or Small Government Party, or something else that accurately reflects its mission and can actually attract votes in Massachusetts. The extremism and nuttiness of the national GOP can only further damage the state party. Time to throw off the lead weight....

Amen! I like this idea, a lot. I'm a screaming liberal voting for Mihos - if he was a Fiscal Responibilitarian, I'd be less embarrassed to vote for him. I like this idea for other reasons, too, but I'm watching Family Guy at the moment and too entralled to elaborate now that the commercial break is over.
