Is Columbus Center actually under construction?

Columbus Center is that mega-project planned for airspace over the turnpike at Columbus Avenue and Clarendon Street, the one the developers want lots of state money for even though they're building luxury condos. John Keith reports workers of the construction ilk might have actually been sighted at the site.

Bostonia Rantida confirms that there are actually construction workers there, doing constructiony things:

... I walked by this morning and they were all a-diggin' and a-takin' fencin' down. Interestin'. I mean, interesting.

All told, though, the construction of that thing is going to be a complete clusterfuck, and you know it.
