I've been following the Globe's coverage on this and find it sad. It seems mismanagement lead to the downfall of a much needed facility. Many employees seemed to know well before management admitted that something was amiss, their concerns and suggestions went unheeded.
I feel for the employees and the community. It didn't have to be this way. I wonder if the "management" got their severance?
