Citizen complaint of the day: John johns in the South End

A concerned citizen is pissed off that an abandoned portable toilet on Worcester Square has turned into a jaunty john for hookers to service customers:
In the back alley 34 Worcester Square This potable toilet is used for prostitution but no construction crew had used it in 3 months. Get this toilet removed now!

I just walked by it
I live a few blocks away. There is a loop thingy on the door for a lock. This problem could be solved temporarily and immediately by going to the Walgreens a block away and buying a padlock and locking it.

I didn't make the complaint, just the observation. Maybe the person who reported it should. I will say that if it was in my back alley, I would do just that.
