By adamg on Wed, 09/24/2014 - 2:23pm
The Boston Fire reports an early morning fire started on the outside of 7 North Ave. and spread to 9 North Ave. before it was put out.
The two-alarm blaze, reported at 4:25 a.m., did an estimated $300,000 damage to 7 and $100,000 damage to 9, the department says. There were no injuries; three residents were displaced.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

You're suspect!
The owners of that property have been trying to sell that property since 2008. I showed it a few years ago and, in my opinion, it was way overpriced! These fires are far too common in properties that aren't wanted. That fire at 124-126 Warren Street, Roxbury back in March, in my opinion, was suspect too because the owners of that property started work and then they just abandoned the project for months and then they tried to sell it in an uncompleted state. Insurance fraud, in my opinion, is a definite possibility in both of these fires.
Very suspect
Agreed, That house has been on the market for awhile and now all of sudden it goes up in flames
