Rooftop fire on the North End waterfront goes to two alarms

The roof of a six-story building under renovation at Burroughs Wharf caught fire around 12:30 p.m. By 12:45, firefighters had knocked the fire down. EMTs were requested for a person in the building who suffered chest pains.
