They found the bottle.

The bottle didn't break into nasty sharp pieces with one of them too far under the driver's seat to easily retrieve.

Reminds me of the school field trips into the city (typically MoS) where the night before we wrapped our canned sodas in foil and put them in the freezer as prep for bringing our lunches. The worst that happened to mine was the bottom popped. The foil worked as a new base for the can.
