Gunfire shatters Saturday-morning calm along Norfolk Street

Police are looking for a man who apparently decided 10:20 on a Saturday morning was a good time to fire several rounds from his handgun up Stanton Street from Norfolk Street. He then ran down Stanton.

He's described as black, about 6' and heavyset, with facial hair, wearing a blue and red jacket and a baseball cap and carrying a black backpack.
