North Station booze thief kicks cop in the groin in failed escape attempt, police say

Transit Police report officers managed to stop a pair of 18-year-olds caught walking into North Station with two bottles of tequila they'd just lifted from a Causeway Street liquor store around 1 p.m. on Wednesday - specifically inside the female teen's purse:

Officers tried to reason with the subjects to return items and the female mule kicked the officer in the groin.

Carmen Cerecedo Abrams of Dorchester was arrested on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon - a shod foot. Her male companion will be summonsed into court, police say, adding the officer is doing better today.

nothing like catching a felony at 18 over a bottle of vodka. cops were probably going to ask them to give booze back and stay away from store.

Result in automatic connotation of "mule?"

So much for future travel to Central or South America

The boy stole the tequila and he put it in her purse. Thus she is the tequila mule. Cops acting like they are S.T.A.C.O. poets but Stanley and his volunteers wax deep poetics.

Why no names? They're 18.

Might want to re-read the shirt post. The one who was arrested was named.

That whole stretch is fucked up every single day with filfth and drugs and I feel so bad for the business owner. I stop in every day after work and he is the best. He needs a firearm because I don't see that area getting anything but more violent.
