Cops, FBI arrest alleged bank robber on quiet Jamaica Plain street
Boston Police and FBI agents swarmed the normally quiet Bournedale Road in Jamaica Plain this afternoon to arrest a man wanted in connection with at least ten local bank holdups: Angel Robles, 33.
Mike Ball returned home from lunch downtown just in time to see - and photograph - the bust going down.
... So far, the city cops outside my front door said that they think one or more recent guests were involved in bank robberies. ...
I know the fellow in the white sweatshirt. He was in cuffs, then free. The ectomorph with the Mohawk on the other hand is a stranger to the block. He went away with new companions to discuss the matter at hand. ...
Angel, is that you? Surveillance photo from one of the robberies:
Innocent until proven guilty.

Glory be, the BPD News is back up and has names and details here. Also, on their site, the Globe has a little bit, with another endearing pic.
Nice
Not just that BPDNews is back (phew!) but that a friend of Robles' is the suspect in the Monday bank robbery in Newton.
