That coyote is stuffed. There are usually two of them out on that dock to keep the birds away.

they are actually flat. there's one on most of the docks to keep the geese and their
*waste* off the dock.

Well, there's one that's flat, but it's not as effective as the two on the end of the dock. Those seem to be large plastic models, although my zoom wasn't long enough to see if they're actually stuffed somehow instead.

I just always find them amusing when walking by. The three of them (on this particular dock) seem to be effective enough.
