Watertown Police: Jahar Could Have Escaped, And Not Run Over Tamerlan

Watertown PD Sgt. John "Mac" MacLellan.testified today that Dzhokhar "Jahar" Tsarnaev could have escaped police on Laurel Street in Watertown in Dun "Danny" Meng's car-jacked Mercedes without killing his brother Tamerlan who had been apprehended.

So Jahar could have escaped and not run over his brother. So it goes. #Tsarnaev
