There are no fines when a train dies at Hynes

The MBTA reports "minor" delays because of a trolley that is lying prostrate at Hynes.

After reading UHub today, I am afraid to take the Orange Line home. If the AC dies and the train goes with it in a dark tunnel in a packed train during rush hour, I think my family will sue the MBTA for my wrongful death. Better Call Uber.
