Bad crash shuts Warren Street at Townsend in Roxbury

Update: WBZ reports the SUV was stolen in JP and several teens were in it and injured.

A roll-over with entrapment around 2 p.m. Aerial video of the scene.

Apparently it was a stolen car from J.P. There was a report that one of the occupants had died but the report was taken down and then it was 5 occupants, one seriously injured. Also conflicting reports as to whether the police were engaged in a chase with the stolen vehicle or not. Reportedly one person arrested.

I watched a live video of the incident on facebook and there were mutliple people in the crowd reporting that the police rammed the stolen car during chase...

Yes, let's not argue about the meaning or difference between police "ramming" a vehicle vs. a vehicle rollover caused by unsafe operation of a vehicle during an alleged felony. We should not argue the semantics because we should keep an open mind while we await more information. That was what you meant I am sure?

Eyewitnesses testimonies and depictions of situations can be totally incorrect. Men of color have gone to jail because because incorrect eyewitness testimonies. I have a friend who went to jail for 25 years based on eyewitness testimony and police corruption.

As a man of color I never fully trust I witness testimonies.
