There's been an exemption by the Cardinal on meatless Friday during Lent due to the pandemic. If you're religious and hitting Simco's I advise that you grab a dog while you're waiting. Who knows when this opportunity will arise again, best to take advantage of it.
Is the fish supper at The Haven in JP, in my opinion. Currently open for dinner via takeout (place an order online) and delivery (via DoorDash). Bonus: you can also pick up a 4/6-pack of Scottish beer with your dinner.
Just below HP on East Street in Dedham is the Fisherman's Restaurant. Lots of great fish dishes, including the crowd-favorite fish and chips and my choice of scallop dinner. They prepare take-out only these days but deliver through the major services too.
Having grown up in Michigan, what I really miss is fried perch and walleye. I don't suppose there is anywhere in MA that does that... what with so much ocean fish available.

Adams Fish Market- Adams Corner, Dorchester
Not quite Hyde Park, but Adams Fish Market was outstanding for a Good Friday fish fry. Great quality and generous portion.
Serious in Dedham

It's right there
That fried perch and walleye is on the shelf right next to the Vernors.
(Just like the brown bread in a can and frankfurter rolls are on the shelf next to the Moxie in Michigan)
