Seems we have some Detroit Red Wings fans around here

Dan says his interest was piqued by an article about the abandoned Inner Belt/I-695 project (which is how the abandoned I-95 link would have gotten from 128 in the south to 128 in the north).
And so he started Google Viewing it. And came across something interesting on that stub ramp off the Deck that was built before the whole project was canceled, the one that you see as you get on I-93 north from Storrow Drive. Now he wonders: "What RedWings fan did this. And when."
According to aerial images at OLIVER, the state mapping system, the Wings backers struck sometime between 2015 and 2019.

Fun fact
What are now the upper and lower decks of I-93 is the only part of I-695 that was built. It was completed in 1971, just before Governor Sargent's mortatorium went into effect.. Had I-695 been completed, I-93 would have ended at the Somerville/Boston line where the Leverett Connector exit, which repurposed two of the four stub ramps, is now.
Okay, is this like mallrats, and i cant see the sailboat?
Cause im not seeing what were talking about?
It says
GO WINGS
or
WINGS GO
if you're reading it as you drive off the ramp into the sand quarry.
ah...wasnt showing on my phone, desktop was fine.
.
Kind of an odd time
The Wings haven't been very good in the last few years. Maybe in honor of their last playoff appearance in 2016?
