Man is shot at Mildred Hailey, hours after attempted-murder suspect arrested there

Live Boston reports a man sitting in a car near Parker and Bickford streets was shot Tuesday, shortly before midnight.

The shooting came about 7 1/2 hours after gang-unit officers arrested a 15-year old at Mildred Hailey on charges he shot somebody on Smith Street on Mission Hill earlier this month.

The city owes these communities and families peace and does very little achieve it. I do not have any confidence that things will change under Mayor Wu.
