Seems to me like the most critical word

in this alert from the MBTA is missing. However, you be the judge.

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS TRAVELING TO SEN. KENNEDY MEMORIAL: Due to excessve crowds and concerns for public safety at the JFK Library the line for public viewing will be closed to the public effective at 1:00pm. After 1:00pm there will be additional service to the JFK Library. We apologize for any inconvenience. 8/28/2009 12:49 PM

Either it should say NO or FROM but yes, missing something rather important.

This is the T we're talking about here, so they really could be apologizing for the inconvenience due to continued service.

Based on the similar T alert I got for one of the commuter rail lines, the missing word is NO, as in "after 1:00pm there will be NO additional service to the JFK library."

They just fixed it. That took a while, I wonder if the MBTA reads this blog?
