Roslindale man who keeps getting arrested on drug and weapons charges ordered held without bail

FleurimontA Roslindale man facing a variety of drug and gun-related charges in two counties had his bail on some of those charges revoked today when he was arraigned on new drug and gun charges, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.

West Roxbury District Court Judge Judge Pamela Dashiell actually set bail for William Fleurimont, 21, at $35,000 , but revoked his bail for a July arrest, which means Fleurimont will stay behind bars pending the outcome of the cases.

Fleurimont was in court today on charges he was storing a 9mm semiautomatic handgun loaded with nine rounds of ammunition, a second high-capacity magazine for that handgun loaded with ten rounds of ammunition, about 80 grams of heroin in more than 50 plastic bags and quantities of marijuana and crack cocaine in his Colberg Avenue home. He was was arrested on Friday. Prosecutors had asked for bail of $200,000.

The bail that was revoked was for his July 6 arrest for keeping a loaded Ruger P85 semiautomatic handgun with a high-capacity magazine and "two large bags of marijuana" at the residence, the DA's office says. Fleurimont was able to make the $10,000 bail set by Judge Mary Ann Driscoll in that case. Dashiell's ruling

Fleurimont also faces charges for an April incident in East Bridgewater, in which he and an alleged accomplice were charged with robbing and stabbing a local man, along with conspiracy to sell heroin.
