You don't tug on Superman's cape - unless he's threatening Green Line riders with a metal rod

The Herald reports not long after arresting Hot Dog Guy at Forest Hills, transit cops rushed to Copley Square on the Green Line to arrest a guy in a Superman shirt screaming at riders and threatening them with an expandable metal baton.
