If only Massport would do their fuel burns when the winds are blowing to the east, not west. Here in East Boston, near Jeffries Point, when the winds blow from Logan, as they are this morning, we're getting no only the jet fuel fumes from the airwash at Terminal A, we're also getting the exhaust fumes from the tunnel. Add to that mix a toxic cloud of fine particulate matter, and we're all headed for heart disease. Seriously. Pollution doesn't just cause OCPD and lung cancer.
