This is something odd to hear: Red Line stopped by a wheelchair

A roving UHub correspondent found his roving suddenly coming to a halt on an outbound Red Line train just before Andrew around 4:40 p.m. due to a wheelchair just sitting in the tracks at the station.

Fortunately, his non-roving didn't last long: About five minutes later, somebody from the T arrived and got the wheelchair off the tracks. A group of senior citizens applauded when the news was announced.

Hospitals need to do a better job at stopping their patient wheelchairs being taken off hospital property and Supermarkets need to do a better job at stopping their shopping carts being taken away from them as well.
