For dim sum. And I'd second Flour except that they are kind of a sh*t show--I don't think I'd try for ten people there.

My Diner...
My Diner (which is pretty small inside - could be tight for a group of 10 if they are busy) is closer to Broadway Station. About 1 mile walk from South Station; .2 mile from Broadway. If the poster is traveling on the Red Line and can get off at Broadway, Mul's Diner (75 West Broadway) is just up the block.

South Station Breakfast
Not a great place but across the street fromSouth Station is One Financial Place. They have an upstairs Atium with counter tray service breakfast with plenty of seating. Not the best but closest to South Station. Otherwise Muls Diner near Broadway Station is the best.
