Brothers hope to clean up with new app

The Boston Business Journal reports on a couple of brothers who have created an app that lets you arrange for dry cleaning over your phone - you set the date and time and somebody comes and picks up your clothes, then returns them when they're done, at least in downtown, the Back Bay, Beacon Hill and the North End.

No app, but Brighton Laundry
No app, but Brighton Laundry does same day unattended laundry/dry cleaning pickup delivery for Brighton folks. Not bad prices either.
We've had that service over 10 years
Everyone in the building uses them. They have a key to the building and come by a couple times a week to pick up drop off. Sounds like solution in search of problem.
They do it on the reg? Sounds
They do it on the reg? Sounds like a great building you got there! Wish more apartments had a service like that, I'd gladly take a rent bump for it.
Though I just moved to Brighton and am probably still starry eyed about the service. I'd probably jumped on this app if I still lived in the Back Bay.
Downloading as I type...
I'm all over this like a smelly winter coat! Wait...
Just another Sunday dinner at the parents....
Me: Don't you ever feel the slightest bit guilty about the almost insane rush to develop more and more useless apps that your company has engendered?
My brother (big cheese at Apple): Leave me the fuck alone, willya? Can't I just enjoy my eggplant parm in peace?
I just had them pick up
I just had them pick up a bag of clothes that had been sitting in my office and never bothered to take to the cleaners. The gentleman picking it up was lovely. Supposed to get everything back tomorrow- will report back!
