This past weekend during the full moon, the moon was at its largest size for the entire year. It's a difference of only about 15% but this was the largest full moon we'll see all year. Details at the Astronomy Pic of the Day (APOD) from NASA.
Thanks for the comments. I took this around 7:30 last night, walking over the Harvard Bridge. (That's me in the lower left, waiting during the long exposure.) The lights on the bridge were casting nice shadows on the frozen and snowed-over Charles.

Great work. I love the decision to included the bridge rail and shadow. It adds motion and texture to the scene.
