By adamg on Tue, 06/15/2010 - 4:21pm
Sean Roche reports the bicyclist managed to stay on her bike after being hit by a car driven by an 81-year-old woman who kept on going - at least until police, whom the bicyclist called with the license-plate number - stopped her.

Seriously?
They pay less for insurance, why?
Now if only...
Now if only the Boston Police would respond when I call them and tell them I was clipped by an MBTA bus.
"We have no jurisdiction in this matter."
What? It's a motor vehicle. In Boston. On a public street. How the hell do the Boston Police have no jurisdiction?
Corruption: Boston Loves It
Take the MBTA to civil court.
Take the MBTA to civil court. (sue)
They don't respond to accidents like those.
That have no injury, no effect on traffic, or in cases where they wouldn't do the report anyway.
The MBTA police would do a report on this so you should call them. The still might not come out but may do a report if it was found that the driver left the scene on purpose or there was an injury or damage over 1K.
